My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?

Our regular check-in time is from 3:00 PM. However, if your flight arrives earlier, we'll do our best to offer you early access to your apartment depending on availability. In the meantime, you're welcome to leave your luggage with us and start exploring the village or relax in our outdoor spaces until the room is ready.

Q: Are the apartments suitable for families or couples only?

We have two apartments, each designed with a different type of guest in mind. The Grand Apartment is ideal for families, with more space and a comfortable layout for children or extra guests. The Junior Apartment is perfect for couples, offering a cozy and quiet atmosphere — ideal for a romantic or relaxing stay.

Q: Is there parking available at the property?

Yes, there is free public parking just outside the house, on a quiet street. It's not private, but it's always available and used only by our guests.

Q: How often is cleaning service provided?

We provide complimentary cleaning service every 2–3 days, which includes changing of towels, fresh bed linen, and general tidying of the space. If you require extra cleaning during your stay, just let us know — we're always happy to assist and ensure your comfort.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

If your flight or ferry arrives earlier, you are more than welcome to drop off your luggage safely with us and start exploring Naxos until your apartment is ready. Similarly, a late check-out might be arranged upon request, strictly depending on our availability for that specific day.

One apartment is ideal for families, with more space and comfortable layout for children or extra guests.
The other is perfect for couples, offering a cozy and quiet atmosphere — ideal for a romantic or relaxing stay.

Parking arrangements depend on the apartment you choose. For the Junior Apartment, there is free public parking right outside the property on a quiet, safe street. The Grand Apartment includes a private, one-car parking space exclusively for your use.

How often is cleaning service provided?

For stays of 5 nights or longer, we provide one complimentary cleaning service—including fresh towels, bed linens, and general tidying—roughly halfway through your stay, scheduled upon arrangement with you. If you prefer more frequent cleaning during your visit, we are more than happy to arrange extra services for an additional fee. Just let us know!
